Led by nationally-certified instructors, group exercise classes at the BAC are a great option for safe, effective workouts that take the guess work out of getting in shape. All workouts can be modified, so no matter if you are new to working out or are a seasoned athlete, you are sure to leave class feeling strong and accomplished.
We maximize our studio space to ensure social distancing is maintained, all classes are held in our new, larger group exercise studio. The new studio features bright, natural light as well as high ceilings and fresh air-flow.
Also known as aerobic exercise, cardio workouts are good for your heart. They are designed to get your heart pumping at a higher than normal rate. They are perfect for losing or maintaining a healthy weight. You’ll definitely leave class feeling tired, but accomplished and ready to take on the day!
BodyAttack™
a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. You will combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Your instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, leaving you with a sense of achievement.
BodyCombat™
You’ll punch and kick your way to fitness in this high-energy martial arts inspired workout. The class totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Your instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champion.
Cardio Drumming
Combines elements of fun and creative expression into a low-impact workout. Drum away on exercise balls to upbeat music.
RPM™
An indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can massive calories. Your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
Spinning®
Whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete, you can participate at your own pace and effort. Classes are designed with a heart rate objective.
SPRINT
A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
Zumba®
Zumba is a great form of cardio that involves slow and fast dancing (similar to interval training) that works the entire body. This will help you strengthen several muscle groups, especially your abs and back.
Strength training classes can incorporate body weight exercises, as well as use equipment like free weights, exercise bands and tubes, kettlebells and more. Strength training is an important part of your fitness routine because it helps build muscle and protect your bones. Think you can’t lose weight from strength training? Think again! The more muscle you have, the more fat you’ll burn at rest. Get to work!
Barre
Intensely focused on improving core strength, developing the stabilizing muscles of the shoulder and hip girdles, and enhancing flexibility. This is done mostly by performing isometric exercises and small movements.
BodyBalance
A new generation yoga class for anyone that will improve your mind, body and life through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.
BodyPump™
This total body, high repetition, (light) weight-lifting workout will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55 or 45-minute workout. Your instructor will coach you through the scientifically-backed movements and techniques – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

GRIT
LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
TONE
This total-body workout helps you build strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength.
Besides leaving you with a good sweat, mind-body workouts have been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce stress and improve mental clarity. Give it a try with any of our yoga or Pilates classes.
Foam Roller Stretching
Roll out stress and tension in your body using foam rollers. This class aids in muscle recovery by breaking up muscle knots and resuming normal blood flow.
Mat Pilates
In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscle groups and core strength. Much of the equipment that you find in a Pilates reformer class can also be used in a Pilates mat workout.
Stretch & Strengthen
